Montessori also uses the appearance of the classroom to market itself. For example, usually the furniture is all real natural wood. Parents like that natural, back-to-the-basics feel.Elizabeth Grace Millsapshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01229905504949721525noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5642166184832151985.post-66493308058402620442011-04-29T15:58:16.658-07:002011-04-29T15:58:16.658-07:00I might put my child in a Montessori school. In that sense I feel like I might "settle" for a school that lacked the ideal curriculum if I thought it provided a fun environment with smart caring teachers. If I were shopping for a preschool, I would definitely check out "lab schools," preschools hosted by universities.Elizabeth Grace Millsapshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01229905504949721525noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5642166184832151985.post-81649507924760991232011-04-28T08:31:15.112-07:002011-04-28T08:31:15.112-07:00Do you think maintaining outdated lessons is a mar...Do you think maintaining outdated lessons is a marketing ploy for Montessori schools? It seems like parents might be attracted to these quaint, antiquated activities while their kids get no benefit from doing them.Ryan Murphyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01088473095706753560noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5642166184832151985.post-80673009136898685802011-04-27T17:57:15.707-07:002011-04-27T17:57:15.707-07:00This is very interesting!
